The Salesian family is a worldwide movement of people committed to the service of the young. It consists of over 400000 people who are part of 30 different organisations aligned to Don Bosco. It is a caring group of people from all walks of life and all corners of the earth who are dedicated to making life better for the world's poorest and neediest children and families. Salesian family consists of Salesians of Don Bosco (sdbs), the Association of Mary Help of Christians (fmas), Past Pupils of Don Bosco, Salesian Co-operators, Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians, Visitation Sisters, the Disciples, etc.
